Products:
6 tablespoons sugar (caramelization)
Sugar is poured directly into the baking pan and melt on the stove to caramelization.
Once cooled down and hardened caramel, 1 packet of butter onto it.
It ranks as the fruit of apricot compote 1. On this mixture was poured from:
4 eggs
1 cup of sugar and a half
2 cups flour
1 baking powder
1 vanilla
Eggs and sugar is broken down to the dissolution of the sugar, add the flour, baking powder and vanilla.
After baking, turning in the tray or other container so that the fruits of apricot remain top
syrup and syrup from the compote.
Optionally can be arranged and decorated with whipped cream, but it is sufficiently effective.
Caramel and butter gives the cake an incredible specific taste.
