Fruit cake


Products: 
3 eggs 
120 grams of powdered sugar 
250 grams of yogurt 
1 teaspoon hartshorn 
300 g flour 
0.100 liters of oil 
Cherry / cherries, raspberries /
Preparation: 
Break the yolks with the sugar until white. Add oil, milk, soda / dissolved in a little vinegar or lemon juice / and flour. Proteins are broken down into the snow. Mix everything well and pour into an oiled and flour cake form. Top ranked free from 
Pitted cherries, cherries or raspberries dipped in flour. Bake in a moderate oven. After baking, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
