Products:

Preparation:
In a large stew clay is placed on the bottom half of the sliced cabbage .
Placed above the wash , dried, and cut into large chunks of pork.
On pork is allocated half of chopped sauerkraut.
Pour 500 ml of cold water and stew was capped with a lid.

Bake 10-15 minutes or until boiling.
After the dish starts to simmer oven temperature is reduced to 150 C.
Pork with sauerkraut oven bake 2 hours .
Casseroles are othlupva and pour 60 ml of oil. Sprinkle top with cleaned and washed rice.
Finally pork with sauerkraut seasoned with paprika .
Lightly pressed with a spoon on top to soak rice and red pepper in the juice of cabbage .
Casseroles was capped and allowed to bake another 30-40 minutes.
Pork with sauerkraut oven stir and return to oven has switched off for 10 minutes.
Distribute on plates and serve with fresh bread .
