500g mince 1 kg potatoes
1 onion
1-2 pc. tomatoes
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp savory

black pepper

200 grams of yogurt
2 tablespoons flour
pinch of baking soda

Preparation
Chop finely and fry in 3-4 tbsp oil. Add the mince and fry until it turns to pearls . Season with spices , add grated tomatoes and simmer for 5-6 minutes .
Peel the potatoes , washed and cut into cubes. Pour into an oiled pan, put the minced meat on top , stir well and pour hot water to cover the products. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for 30 minutes.
Eggs break with flour , add the yogurt , a pinch of baking soda and chopped parsley. Pour moussaka and returned to the oven for 10-15 minutes until turns pink . Serve with yogurt.
