Cake with lemon


Products: 
3 eggs 
250 g sugar 
250 g flour 
0125 liters of milk 
half a packet of baking powder 
half a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda, lemon zest (grated) 
Preparation: 
Yolks and sugar are broken down to white. In soda milk was added, and the flour - baking powder. Add egg whites, beaten snow and zest. Mix everything well and pour into cake form, greased and sprinkled with flour. 
Bake in a moderate oven. After baking, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
