Cake with raisins


Products: 
5-6 eggs 
200 g butter 
200 grams of powdered sugar 
260 g flour 
100 g raisins (or other fruit) 
vanilla or lemon peel 
3 tablespoons rum or brandy 

Preparation: 
Beat butter with sugar until white. Add the egg yolks one at a time, vanilla (zest), flour, mixed with raisins, egg whites, beaten snow and finally rum. Mix everything well and pour into cake form, greased and sprinkled with flour. Bake in a moderate oven.
