Trifon's Day - Day of the grower 's Bulgarian folk feast in honor of St. Trifon . Chevstva of winegrowers , falconers , gardeners and innkeepers on 14 February ( Gregorian calendar) or February 1 (in New-Julian Calendar) , when the Bulgarian Orthodox Church officially noted Trifonov day. The celebration occurs as Zarezanov day Trifun Chippy , Trifun Zarezoy , Trifun drunk . :) Early morning hostess kneads bread - unleavened or leavened .
